Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer buying online in the United Kingdom, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods. Email support@getcomfortstride.com with your name, order number and a clear cancellation statement.
After notifying us, return the goods within 14 days. We will provide instructions and the correct return address. Do not send returns to our registered office unless we specifically authorise this.
Return condition
You may inspect and try on footwear as you would in a shop. Goods should be complete and include supplied packaging. We may reduce a refund to reflect loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods.
Where lawfully applicable and made clear before purchase, sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned after the seal is broken. This does not affect rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
Return costs
You pay the direct return cost when cancelling because you changed your mind, unless we agree otherwise. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
Refunds
We refund the price and the least expensive standard delivery option offered. Extra paid for premium delivery is not refundable unless required by law. Refunds use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
We may wait until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. We issue the refund without undue delay and within 14 days after that point.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods and later rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Nothing here limits statutory rights.

Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. We will try to help but cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment begins.
