These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from Comfort Stride and use of this store. They do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law. NOXORA CONNECT LTD is the seller and contracting party.

Store use

Provide accurate information and use the store lawfully. Do not interfere with the store, introduce malicious code or infringe another person’s rights.

Products

We take reasonable care with descriptions and images. Screen colours may vary and fit guidance is approximate unless stated otherwise. Statutory rights apply if goods are not as described.

Prices

The price, applicable taxes and delivery charges appear before purchase. We may correct an obvious error before acceptance and allow you to confirm or cancel if it affects the order.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance. A contract forms when dispatch is confirmed, unless accepted earlier. Before acceptance we may decline or cancel for unavailability, failed payment, suspected fraud or obvious error. Any payment taken for a cancelled order is refunded.

Payment and delivery

You authorise the selected payment method to be charged. Secure payment providers handle payment data under their terms. Processing and delivery estimates appear in the Shipping Policy. Risk passes when goods are delivered to you or your nominee; ownership passes after full payment and delivery.

Cancellation, returns and faults

The Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. Goods must be satisfactory, fit for purpose and as described. Consumer Rights Act 2015 remedies may include rejection, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Intellectual property and third parties

Store content and branding are owned by us or used with permission and may not be commercially reproduced without consent. Third-party links and services have their own terms and privacy notices.

Liability

We do not exclude liability where unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or statutory consumer rights. For consumers, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach, not business losses arising from a mainly business purchase.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure outside our reasonable control, but will take reasonable steps to reduce its effect and honour applicable cancellation and refund rights.

Governing law

English and Welsh law governs these terms. Consumers elsewhere in the United Kingdom retain mandatory local protections and applicable rights to bring proceedings in available courts.
