Processing
Orders are normally processed within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation. Weekend and UK public-holiday orders begin processing on the next working day.

Address changes
Check your address carefully and contact us immediately if it is wrong. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment begins. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where permitted by law.
Delays and split deliveries
Carrier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, customs processing or events outside our reasonable control may cause delay. Items may arrive separately at no additional delivery charge solely because we split the shipment. Statutory rights relating to late delivery remain unaffected.
Lost or damaged parcels
Email support@getcomfortstride.com with the order number if a parcel is materially delayed, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged. We will investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.
